Understanding Hypnosis:
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is not mysterious. It has been around since the ancient Egyptians would whisper encouraging words into the ears of sleepers. Today, hypnosis is a scientifically proven method for making significant changes in our lives. It is safe and powerfully effective.

Hypnosis is used in various fields, including professional sports, medicine, law enforcement, and the performing arts. The majority of people we treat with hypnosis quit smoking after ONE hypnosis session.
How Hypnosis for Smoking Works
The Conscious and Unconscious Mind

Our minds operate on two levels: the conscious and the unconscious. We make decisions, think, and act with our conscious mind, while the unconscious mind controls our habits. In the relaxed state known as hypnosis, we can communicate directly with the unconscious mind, making it quick and easy to change lifelong habits.

Hypnosis and Smoking

Smoking is controlled by the unconscious mind, which holds the belief that smoking is beneficial. Hypnosis addresses the root cause of smoking by altering this unconscious belief. Once you decide to become a non-smoker for good, you can make the transition in just one hour with the help of hypnosis. It’s that easy.
Common Questions About Hypnosis
Will Hypnosis Work for Me?
Generally speaking, every normal person is “hypnotizable”. If you can watch a movie, you can be hypnotized. Virtually anyone can achieve successful results using hypnosis.
Will I Know That I Am Hypnotized
People enter trance states multiple times a day. A trance is simply a relaxed, yet focused state, such as when driving, watching a movie, or reading a good book. In this state, you are conscious and aware, yet a part of you is immersed in what you are doing. It is essentially a state of deep relaxation.
Is hypnosis safe?
Hypnosis is completely safe. You are aware and in control at every moment and can end the session at any time.
Hypnosis is not sleep, nor can you get “stuck” in a state of hypnosis. You cannot be made to do something against your will. It is a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.
Take the First Step Towards
Quitting Smoking
If you have ever tried to quit smoking or vaping, you know there is a part of you that doesn’t want to smoke, and another part that wants to keep smoking. The latter part is stronger and believes smoking is good for you. Hypnosis can help reconcile these conflicting parts.
Take a baby step forward and have a free consultation. This doesn’t mean you have to quit now. It just means you are making a move in that direction. Do it now while you are thinking about it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You will feel so grateful that you did.

Hypnosis for smoking is a powerful, effective, and safe method to help you quit smoking. By addressing the unconscious beliefs that drive the habit, hypnosis can help you make lasting changes in just one hour. Don’t wait—take the first step towards a smoke-free life today.
